It’s been a while since I was here I apologise! I have oodles of shoots to catch up on and lots for you to see so will give myself a kick and start with Rob & Kate’s delightful wedding.
Rob & Kate live very close to me and we often bump into each other on the dog walk, their wedding was a low key but gorgeous affair and my booking was a last minute but great decision! So with a month to go we discussed what they would like on the day.
Whats great about people this relaxed is they know what they don’t want, lots of formality, which makes life easy, their wedding was a pleasure to photograph. This cool, relaxed and emotionally charged wedding in my home village of Windlesham. St Johns is my church and you may spot me with the hubbie and kids in the Half Moon occasionally, its a haven for kids with their huge play area.
There was lots of lovely detail to shoot in the day, the chosen outfits for their daughters and pretty flowers. The cool converse trainers for the boys, the homemade jam favours lovingly prepared by Kate herself. I loved the stationery, Betsy the Camper, the fact that people flew in from Singapore & best friends from Australia made the visit for the occasion too.
They have a beautiful family, the atmosphere on the day was so lovely..the Northern friendliness from Kate and her clan clearly displayed..and knowing them too made it extra special.
Thank you for letting me capture your wedding day, I loved it. My perfect kind of wedding day and clearly theirs.
Stunning couple and stunning photography. What beautiful shots for them to treasure.
Thanks Claire, little do for me but lovely. x
