The first thing you notice about my next subject, if you are privileged enough to meet her is that she puts everyone first, their needs before her own.
This sweet young woman reminds me of a fragile singing bird, happily flying around doing all for others, singing compliments and praises as she goes and waving around her own kind of sunshine.
I don’t want you to think that I am just waxing lyrical about all these people, my words are genuine, Ashley is the sweetest girl with the biggest heart.
There is something special about her, the way she compliments everyone so much, her happy disposition, she means it, absolutely, but for me its a sign that she isn’t so confident in herself. You’d have to look hard to notice but it’s there, in her lovely eyes.

1.Where were you born and raised?
Canton Ohio. Home to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Oldest of three girls. Although all of the girls were born many years apart.
A close, quiet family that enjoyed spending time alone together and with their Grandparents.
2.Tell me a childhood memory.
‘Growing up, going to my Grandparents house and spending so much time in the pool and having my cousins around and just being together, laughing a lot and listening to the Indians on the radio, The Cleveland Indians, they would listen to the baseball at night and we would have BBQ’s and pretty sunsets. It was interesting because they lived on this valley and my Grandparents looked over and could see the other Grandparents on the other side. They could see each others houses.’ ‘I wish I could go back,’
3.What is your favourite season and why?
‘I love the holidays so much wherever we are, my husbands Australian so we try to go back and spend Christmas there on the family farm, my In-Laws have a dairy farm in Cohuna and they have worked it their whole life and their parents before them. So we get to go back in the holidays and have a really special time. My sister married Stuart’s cousin, so she has three boys and lives there. My other sister married a guy from Orlando so they live here and they have a little boy too.’
4.Tell me about someone you love.
‘Oh my husband, I’ll could tell you about him all day long, I just think the world of him. He has been through a lot, when we met he needed a lot of time to heal because he lost his first wife in an awful accident. He had gone through so much at this stage and I have so much respect for how he handled it. When we met, two years later I think the timing couldn’t of been better in a way because he thought to himself, I’m needing that and I felt that need, that he needed something, because thats a good thing. He didn’t want to want me, in a lot of regards too, because he was scared of that, moving on and having anything happen again and out of respect for her and we have respected her, we are really close with her family, she has a brother and sister and I am Godparent to their kids. They are family to us. We’ve all come a long way. ‘
‘My husband is so fun and kind and has the biggest heart and so generous with his time and love for people and just gives his all. If he is in, he is in 100%. He is the best Dad and partner, at the end of the day he just ends up making us all feel good, cause he is just so lovely.’
5.What words of wisdom do you have for the readers about life.
‘Follow your desires and how you can do more and give more and inspire more people than you really give yourself credit for.’
6.Dreams for the future.
‘My dreams? Oh, I just want health and happiness and peace in the world and just love for everyone, for everyone to have love like Stuey and I just are. I’d love that for people.’
Ashley has clearly met the man of her dreams, when she spoke of him she had barely finished a sentence without being overwhelmed with emotion, completely in love. In my opinion Ashley was heaven sent to Stuart. She was perfect for him, adores him, he needed her and he needed to love again.
A big sister, loving wife, doting Mom and loyal friend, Ashley is so much to everyone, needed by so many. I’d like her to read this and remind herself how beautiful she is, let her recognise how wonderful, funny & a joy to be around that everyone thinks she is and perhaps take a moment for herself, see what she needs, wants. But with Ashley I suspect all of her happiness revolves around the happiness of others.
